  • I click on a button and the screen goes blank
    • Sometimes your screen may go black without showing anything, which is unfortunately caused by compatibility issues with some browsers. The first steps are to clear your cookies and restart your browser. We are aware of the fact that some browsers can play up and are working to resolve these as soon as possible. In the meantime we suggest trying out other browsers such as Google Chrome, which seems to play nicely with Goferly.com
    • Stay tuned for updates which we hope to release soon that will resolve any browser issue.
  • My browser is not supporting your site (Internet Explorer)
    • Sometimes there may be difficulties using older IE versions, especially IE 8 or before. We suggest upgrading to a more recent browser such as IE10 or even Google Chrome or Firefox to have a better experience.
    • Hope this helps, if you have trouble accessing the site with one of the newer browsers please let us know.
  • Your app is not working
    • We Don't have an app yet , but are working on it
    • You can still conduct business on Goferly.com on your phone using the website, since it is in mobile friendly format.
